Prohibited Software/Applications/Developers 

HB 127 passed during the 89th Legislative Session directs the  Higher Education Research Council, in consultation with THECB, to conduct a review of the use of testing, tutoring, or other education software owned or controlled by a foreign adversary or a company domiciled or headquartered in a foreign adversary and publish a list of prohibited software. An institution of higher education may not enter into or renew a contract to provide testing, tutoring, or other education software included on this published list. View HB 127 here.
