Student Financial Aid Programs

The Office of Student Financial Aid Programs (SFAP) supports institutions of higher education with the administration of state financial aid programs. We are committed to expanding financial aid knowledge through excellence in customer service, communication, and training for Texas students, borrowers, and institutions of higher education.

• THECB is aware of technical issues affecting the output data from the 2024-25 (FY 2025) Online TASFA, which is uploaded into MOVEit DMZ. Our technical team is actively investigating the root cause, and will notify institutions once the issue has been resolved.

Submission of Spring 2024 and Summer 2024 FAST Rosters

• April 30, 2024, is the deadline to submit the following files to the THECB in order to determine an institution’s FAST funding allocation:
  • Spring 2024 Comprehensive Eligibility Roster
  • Eligibility Roster – Fall 2023 Flex-Entry Students
  • Eligibility Roster – Spring 2024 Continuing Education Students

• July 8, 2024, is the deadline to submit the following file confirming whether dual credit students were reported as educationally disadvantaged on Texas Education Agency’s (TEA) data:
  • Summer 2024 Eligibility Roster
