  • We are experiencing technical issues with the 2022-23 (FY 2023) Financial Aid Database (FAD) Cycle 3 submission process. Institutions should NOT submit any files for FAD Cycle 3, until further notice. We are working diligently to resolve this issue. Once resolved, institutions will receive a notification to resume file submission. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The product release date for the Grant and Aid Processing Platform (GAPP) has been delayed until early October. Please see the memo from September 15, 2023.
  • For security purposes, all HelmNet accounts that have NOT been used in 90 consecutive days will be deactivated beginning September 1, 2023. Users must log into their HelmNet account at least once within a 90-day period for their account to remain active.  Please see the memo from July 19, 2023.

Deadlines

  • The deadline to upload and submit a signed copy of the new FAST Program Participation Agreement (PPA) electronically is September 29, 2023.
