Restricted Research Expenditures
Guidelines for establishing standards and accounting methods for determining restricted research expenditures (research expenditures for which an external entity has placed limitations on use), for reporting verified restricted research expenditures to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, for reporting how funds were expended during the fiscal year, for auditing the reported restricted research expenditures, and for appealing decisions relating to restricted research expenditures.
