Note:

The primary goal of the supplemental funding is to fund: 1) the VP platform “potentially” scalable technology to reduce administrative burden of virtual team building and curriculum dissemination (TrustedPeer) and 2) develop VP “I-Corps-In-A-Box” video recordings of classes instructed by NSF I-Corps National instructors and adjuncts. The goal is to increase the size of the funnel through which we can create more site teams, hence regional teams and finally National Teams. The primary goal through the supplemental funding will be to convert one room at the Center for Innovation and Commercialization (CIC) in Weslaco into a virtual training center so that we can conduct trainings with the appropriate technology. We will be able to transmit and receive synchronously with a broad audience through a system that is robust both with hardware, software, and appropriate room acoustics. We will also be able to have teaching teams on location with appropriate safety protocols and more frequent but smaller group trainings on site.
