SFAP Web Portals FAQs
The information provided in the answers below is to be used solely as a resource. The SFAP web portals, which include the Coordinating Board Pass (CBPass), MOVEit DMZ, and HelmNet, allow institutional staff to access FERPA regulated information. For compliance and security purposes, institutions are required to ensure only authorized personnel have access to these portals. User credentials should be reviewed and updated throughout the year.
To establish a new HelmNet user account, a System Authorization Form must be completed by the Director of Financial Aid. The form can also be used to update or remove a user’s account and is located on the Student Financial Aid Programs Information Webpage, in the “Online Resources” section, under “Forms”.
