Associate of Arts in Teaching

The associate of arts in teaching (AAT) degree is a Board approved specialized lower-division academic degree program designed to transfer in its entirety to a baccalaureate program that leads to initial Texas teacher certification

The current AAT curricula include:

• EC-6
• 4-8, EC-12 Special Education
• 6-12, 7-12, 8-12, Other than Special Education
