Adjournment \nMeeting Materials:\nIDD Advisory Council Members (February 2024) \nIndividuals who may require auxiliary aids or services for this meeting should contact Glenn Tramel\, ADA Coordinator\, at 512.427.6193 at least five days before the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made. \nAll persons requesting to address the Committee regarding an item on this agenda should do so in writing at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting at waylon.metoyer@highered.texas.gov.  A toll-free telephone number\, free-of-charge video conference link\, or other means will be provided by which to do so. \nIf\, during the course of the meeting\, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting\, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act\, Texas Government Code\, Chapter 551\, Subchapters D and E.
