Consideration and possible action to approve summary notes from the March 7\, 2025 meeting\n\n\nIII. Discussion of Institutional Plans for Distance Education review process\n\n\nIV. Consideration and possible action for recommendations from the Operations Subcommittee on submitted Institutional Plans for Distance Education\n\n\nV. Discussion of statewide higher education activities pertaining to Generative Artificial Intelligence\n\n\nVI.THECB Updates\n     A. Legislative Session Update\n     B. State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (SARA)\n     C. House Bill 8\n     D. Digital Learning Updates\n\n\nVII. Workgroups / Subcommittee Sessions\, which may include the following: Quality Assurance\, Research\, Operations\n\n\nVIII. Discussion of Workgroups / Subcommittee Sessions Reports Quality Assurance\, Research\, Operations\, Student Subcommittee\n\n\nIX. Discussion of Future Agenda Items and Review meeting calendar\n\n\nX.
