The Bullitt Lowry European History Graduate Scholarship Endowment was established in memory of Dr. Bullitt Lowry and provides support for graduate students in their study of European history. Specifically, Dr. Lowry saw the need for additional funds to support graduate students in their study of European history both at home in North Texas and abroad.
