The research component seeks to investigate the training and service gaps in Recovery Oriented Systems of Care in Texas by collecting data from addiction service providers across the state. The purpose of this study is to answer the following questions: 1. What are the formal and informal training opportunities utilized by addiction service providers in Texas? 2. What systemic barriers experienced by providers impact the effective delivery of addiction related services? 3. What is the impact of COVID-19 on addiction service provision across Texas? 4. What are the attitudes and beliefs about Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and Recovery to Practice initiatives among addiction service providers?
