SAMS 1.1.1 This project aims to enable a systematic and unprecedented integration of security function into the PTDS over the lifetime of the assets by identifying, protecting, and detecting intensive use of malicious attacks from cyber and physical spaces. The research thrusts include the following: 1) Developing a security threat model; 2) constructing a cybersecurity simulation testbed; and 3) developing AI-based cyberattack detection; and 4) developing a security framework. In the second budget period (BP2), we will construct a cybersecurity simulation testbed for PTDS and develop an AI-based cyber-attack detection.
