SAMS 1.1.1- The primary purpose of this research is to evaluate grove floor management strategies that significantly improve soil/root health and enhance fruit production/quality in HLB-affected groves. The goal of this project is to provide growers with improved management tools to mitigate the negative effects of HLB on fruit yield and quality for use as fresh or processed products while ensuring long-term sustainability of citriculture in Texas.
