Subscriptions are authorized by the Coordinating Board and are limited to Texas public and private institutions of higher education. NEW! Institutions/Organizations can request training from the Office of Student Financial Aid Programs (SFAP) on various topics by completing an SFAP Training Request Form.

When submitting a request, please consider the following:

• All requests should be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the anticipated start date in order to be considered.
• Please allow up to five business days for the training request to be reviewed.

Download the institutional calendar of events, deadlines, agency closures, and agency limited staff days.

Follow the Financial Aid Advisory Committee and provide the THECB with advice and recommendations regarding the development, implementation, and evaluation of state financial aid programs for college students.
